This month we are serving a smokey lentil dish that is unique to Hyderabad and originates from the Persian and Mughal influences that flourished in this part of India. It blends two types of lentils with ginger, garlic, red chili, roasted cumin seeds and fresh lemon juice. It is creamy and tangy and combination of lemon and garlic is divine!
