ANNAM takes Flight (again)

We are partnering again with our good friends at Flight Wine Lounge for our third pop-up event with them. This time we are crafting a 4 course Indian-Chinese vegetarian meal inspired by the Chinese community in Calcutta.
Acorn Squash Dumplings / Edamame Kosambari
Roasted acorn squash, blackened cumin, edamame, sprouted mung beans, coconut, mustard seeds, curry leaves & lime.
Hakka Noodle Summer Rolls
Rice paper rolls, masala noodles, pickled vegetables, cilantro, sweet persimmon chutney & chilli oil.
Kung Pao Paneer Gobi / Ginger Sweetcorn Fried Rice
Star anise, peppercorn, chickpea flour, cashews, ginger, sweetcorn, nigella seeds & scallions
Sesame Bok Choy
Bok choy & roasted sesame powder.
Mango, coconut cream & chai spice.
